The Group

The Columbia Blue Bird Group is headed up by Tim Lundquist. The firm's purpose is to generate quality real estate investment opppurtunities primarily of unimproved land. Land has advantages over improved properties in the purchase leverage possible, lower holding cost, and anticipated return margins. Tim runs the opportunity and acquistion front end of the business. Working with Tim, the group consists of county real estate professionals, investors both in the county and downstate, and providers like surveyors and engineers that work on the land projects. Utilizing these talents in an integrated process, the group is able to through-put projects in an efficient manner, with excellent returns.
