Our Vision

We are committed to improving the way residential real estate is perceived and subsequently developed...while enhancing the quality of life in Columbia County.

In the latter half of the 20th c., residential development occurred in a hodgepodge manner, almost whimsically. More often than not, building lots ended up splattered over treeless fields, with a wide blacktop town road snaking through rows of rubber-stamped homes. The result is visually sterile, offers little privacy, and creates a silent disaster for birds and wildlife. With acres and acres of pristine chemically dependent lawns, nesting habitats were rendered extinct and wild botanical species were either hobbled or eradicated forever. A frightening prospect.

But there is good news too. The market is changing radically and the premium home buyer has a new set of needs and preferences over the 1950's style subdivision that is still so much in evidence. These new homeowners want gorgeous mature trees with shade blanketing their backyard and private views of their pristine gardens and meadows. They like the idea of having neighbors nearby but not encroaching, and the option of swimming in a pristine pond, or taking walks on a wooded trail is a wonderful respite from the stress of the day.

By locating exceptional properties and employing the absolute best in planning and development practices, we aspire to create significant financial returns for our investors, to offer an extraordinary experience for homeowners, and to mitigate the negative effects of development on the precious quality of Columbia county's countryside.  It's a win-win solution for both owner and developer.  The land's eco-system is not invaded and destroyed and the builders are able to increase and sustain housing inventory.
